Portal wind.ru was created in 1994 to promote windsurfing in Russia.
Later became a portal to publish the same materials about kite, surfing and snowkite.
Creator Andy Khitrovo known as a famous rider (RUS-15).
In addition, Andy publishes articles in magazines, participated in the creation of more than a hundred programmes about windsurfing on Russian television. Participated as organiser in many competitions.
